This Privacy Policy explains what information Physical Culture Software Inc. (“Physical Culture,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you use the Physical Culture mobile application and this website (together, the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have. We are based in Québec, Canada, and we handle personal information in accordance with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
1. Information we collect
We keep collection to what the Service actually needs. That means:
Account information you provide
- Your name (or a display name you choose)
- Your email address
- Authentication credentials used to secure your account
Training and body data you enter
- Workouts, exercises, sets, repetitions, loads, tempo, and effort
- Body metrics you choose to log, such as bodyweight or measurements
- Notes and preferences you add to your training
You are always the one deciding what training and body data to enter. Some of this information can be sensitive, so we treat it with care and do not use it for advertising.
Limited technical information
To operate and secure the Service, our systems and infrastructure providers necessarily process basic technical data such as a device or network identifier (for example, an IP address), the app version, and error or diagnostic logs when something goes wrong. We use this only to run, protect, and fix the Service.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the Service — create your account and save your training history
- To sync your data across your sessions and devices
- To respond to your support requests
- To secure the Service and prevent abuse or fraud
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your training or body data to serve you advertising.
3. Your consent
We rely on your consent to collect and use your personal information for the purposes described here. By creating an account and entering your data, you consent to this Policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see Section 9), though some features may not work without the information they depend on.
4. How we share information
We share personal information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers. We use trusted cloud infrastructure and hosting providers to store data and run the Service. They act on our instructions, under contract, and only to provide services to us.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid government request.
- Protecting rights and safety. To protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or Physical Culture Software Inc..
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred, subject to this Policy.
5. Where your information is processed

Where information is transferred outside your province or country, we take reasonable steps so it remains protected under standards comparable to those described here.

We use technical and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure — to protect your information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep protections appropriate to the sensitivity of the data.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet a legal obligation or resolve disputes.
